Sarah Palin: The Gift That Keeps On Giving

There's a bare-knuckles fight underway between those who accept the overwhelming global warming science...
"I believe that man's activities certainly can be contributing to the issue of global warming, climate change. -Public Figure A, 9/30/08
...and those who choose to attack it (in Twitter-speak):
"Copenhgen=arrogance of man2think we can change nature's ways.MUST b good stewards of God's earth,but arrogant&naive2say man overpwers nature." -Public Figure B, 12/19/09
Yes, the bitter fight between science and denierism is tearing us apart. Or more appropriately in this case, it's tearing individual people apart: via Media Matters, we know that both of these quotes come to us from former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R-Facebook).

It seems that Palin, whose truthiness recently earned her one of the nation's least-coveted awards, was apparently all for global warming science... before she tweeted against it. Given that denier tweets are just the latest in a weeks-long rant against global warming science, it looks like she may be getting a head start on the contest for PolitiFact's ignominious prize in 2010.

Because unlike some other things, global warming denierism is one job Sarah Palin just won't quit.
